We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer that slanders the company, Whimsical Wear. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on returns that are not returned by policy guidelines. If garment has been worn, damaged, tags removed, and/or not returned in original condition, Whimsical Wear reserves the right to deny refund or exchange. Monies will be keep for replacement of damaged product.
